Product Overview

The XC9242/XC9243 series is a group of synchronous-rectification step-down DC/DC converters with a built-in 0.11? (TYP.) P-channel MOS driver transistor and 0.12?(TYP.) N-channel MOS switching transistor, designed to allow the use of ceramic capacitors. The small on-resistances of these two internal driver transistors enable a high efficiency, stable power supply with an output current up to 2A.
